PAYMENT PROCEDURE

First payment--deposit of 34% of the total. Send immediately to secure the reservation.

Second payment--33% of the total. Due 180 days prior to the trip.

Final payment--33% of the total. Due 90 days prior to the trip.

Payment methods:

1. Write check payable to "Ocean Productions."   Please send check to our mailing address and fax us a copy of the check as well.
2. Bank wire transfer. Please e-mail us for the detailed instructions.
3. Credit Card. Please fax us an authorization with the card #, expiration date, and signature. An additional 3% charge will be added to the total.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

A fee of 10% of the deposit is charged if cancellation is made 6-12 months prior to departure. All deposits received are non-refundable after 179 days prior to departure.

**We highly recommend a cancellation insurance.
