Im Gegensatz zu anderen Safaribooten, wo Kapitän und Mitarbeiter jährlich wechseln, laufen die Uhren in unserem Familienbetrieb noch beständiger. Wir schätzen uns ausgesprochen Glücklich, unseren Gästen einen individuellen und persönlichen Service zu bieten, unterstützt durch unsere langjährigen Mitarbeitern. Einige sind seit 1993 durchgehend bei uns beschäftigt, und jährlich gewinnen wir neue Persönlichkeiten, die wunderbar unser Team ergänzen. Zusätzlich freut es uns ungemein, viele Palauaner zu unserem Mitarbeiterstamm zu zählen. Erfahrene Guides und Bootsfahrer, die die Riffe wir Ihre eigne Westentasche kennen, und viel Interessantes über Traditionen und Geschichte zu erzählen wissen. Viele Ocean Hunter Mitarbeiter haben Familie und Kinder in Palau, und zeichnen sich daher sowohl durch Lebenserfahrung als auch durch Verantwortung aus.

Born and raised in Palau, Kenneth has a record of more than 10,000 dives in Palau over the past 20 years, the last 14 of which have been spent with Ocean Hunter. His knowledge of the reefs, currents, fish life and Palauan customs is stunning. Yet he continues to be the friendly guy he has always been, eager to share his knowledge and stories with you. His favourite reef is the entire Ngemelis reef and his favourite fish is a small one, the harlequin ghost pipefish.

Born and raised in the Philippines, Eddie used to work as a bookkeeper but changed his profession when he discovered the beautiful aquatic world. He worked in Puerto Galera, Philippines for 9 years and then came to Palau in 2003. His favourite reefs in Palau are Buoy 6, Ulong & German Channel. His favourite fish are any rays or sharks, especially the big ones.

Kenneth's brother Malsol joined Fish 'n Fins in 2005 as a boat operator, soon after we have trained and certefied him as PADI dive master. He likes to catch wahoo, at night or daytime and his favourite reef is Blue Corner, especially when the current is rock n' rolling.

He joined the Ocean Hunter fleet in 1999. Divers love him, he has a million-dollar smile and is always eager to please you. Thanks to Tova’s training, Arlee specializes in a very healthy cuisine incorporating the freshest ingredients to produce a memorable bill of fare with great diversity. At the end of your trip you'll agree that he is the best liveaboard Chef there is.

Came to Palau in 2001 to work at Fish 'n Fins. Has been on Ocean Hunter III since 2009, helping to keep the boat and her systems running smoothly.

Roy joined us in 2005. As deckhand he works all over Ocean Hunter III, helping with anything that needs doing and generally ensuring the boat remains spick and span, just the way you like it!
